Thank you again for your assistance in meeting our client’s Audio Visual needs…Your team did a great job and were very kind. It was actually very comforting to know I did not need to worry about the Audio Visual aspects of the event.

As I reflect on the several CCTV security projects Memphis Communications has designed and installed for our development firm over the years, I can’t think of one project that disappointed me. Actually, each design, installation, and after the sale support and service have exceeded our expectations… It is a rarity to be able to whole-heartedly endorse any company and I am happy to say you have a raving fan in me!!

I just wanted to let you know that I placed an urgent tech support call this morning. We were in dire need of service. The friendly lady who answered took the call and promptly forwarded it to tech support. Within just a few minutes, I received a call from David Callahan who expertly and courteously walked me through resetting the drawers on our Toshiba copier…We were in “shriek” mode. However, due to David’s great help, we are back on track.

In the past year, we have traveled around the country and used several other A/V companies, but I can honestly say that we had the best experience with your team.  Our A/V needs were one less worry on our minds during those busy times.  Your prices are very reasonable too.  We even considered using your team for one of our other cities due to their high costs.

Stefan has been coming out to our place for a while now and he has been outstanding. He is personable, professional, and incredibly helpful.  Mr. Stefan proactively sought out ways to ensure that the printers were in good working order and diagnosed a second problem while he was here. This may seem small, as it was simply asking “How are the other printers doing?” but ultimately will potentially save us hundreds of dollars in lost time for our employees.

I am writing to inform you of the phenomenal service we received from Memphis Communications technicians Heath and Will while they were installing equipment in our facility last week…They went above and beyond our expectations with an attitude of service that was second to none. Their thoughtfulness to their customers truly makes them a credit to your company and deserves the utmost appreciation.

Our lease on our former copier was approaching its renewal date and I had issues with the customer service and negotiation process I was encountering from the company we were using at the time…As luck would have it, it was at this time that Bryson from your Ridgeland, MS office reached out to our office. For me, the first conversation with Bryson was so productive, I was sold… Our new machine, a Lexmark XM7155, is smaller, faster, and so much easier to use than the last one…It has been over a year now and we are still as pleased with the copier as we were the first week.

I have recommended MCC Mississippi to anyone I know who would benefit from their services and I would recommend them to anyone. It has honestly been my pleasure working with them and I am hopeful as other leased equipment comes up for renewal, I can make the smart choice, the right choice and switch to MCC. This letter is to express my pleasure in working with Joey, Chris, and John, who does most of my service work.  The three of them always go above and beyond to help me whenever I goof or need assistance with anything to do with the copier. We had the pleasure of working with Mr. John Robbins at a private event. This is the second year in a row that I called on Mr. Robbins to help with our sound system needs in a private home. He was on-time, courteous and very conscientious as I absolutely expected from our previous interaction. John goes above and beyond what I expect and it means a great deal to me and the University that he is willing to work and be so helpful on a Sunday. This is an annual event for us and I fully intend to reach out to John next year for the same services.  While I realize that our event and needs are minimal and shall I say small potatoes to what I assume most of your customer’s needs are John’s friendly demeanor and helpfulness do not waiver. He is happy to help no matter how big or in this case how small the event is.

What I have found most impressive is the character of these [salesmen].  Tim and Randy presented their proposal without using derogatory remarks against competitors.  They gained our business with their own integrity. Each of these gentlemen are professional and respectful, a much appreciated quality amongst such a large group of women!

Just a quick note to let you know how much we appreciate the work you did for us
at 101.5 FM. The new copier/fax/scanner was able to replace 3 pieces of older
office equipment we were using, and your research and recommendations are
actually saving us money. With the money we are saving on toner, it’s like getting
the new copier for free!

I’ve dealt with several other office equipment companies, but I can safely say the
service you provide at MCC surpasses any of your competitors. As I told you, the
support and service we have received after the sale is even more impressive than
the money you saved us. We rarely see a salesperson after the sale, but you have
been in often to make sure everything is operating as promised.

You have a very unique company in that everyone we have come in contact with are all top notch. We are so pleased to do business with such a professional and caring company.

I wanted to take a moment to tell you what a wonderful team member you have in Jean Coetzee. He is our service technician, and he keep us up and running. He is always upbeat, with a wonder smile and attitude. I am not very tech savvy, but he never makes me feel bad about asking for help in what are many times simple procedures.

He is very knowledgeable, and not only can fix whatever goes wrong, but he explains what happened and usually why it happened. There are so many people that want to do their work and leave. Jean always makes sure we have what we need when we need it. He not only fixes our problems, he makes our day a little better because he was here.

I hope you appreciate what you have in him, and I am sure you do. He is a great asset to your company.

I used another manufacturer for many years to handle our copying and scanning needs. I did not realize how outdated my office was. Since I upgraded to the Toshiba from MCC, I have never looked back.

Recently, we had a complete loss of our video signal to our projectors. MCC quickly responded to find that we had a bad video switcher and would need to be repaired with an estimated 2-4 week turn-a-round. Of course, this would cause huge problems for our AV set-up and meeting the client’s expectations. MCC made the call to replace the switcher instead of wait for repair. This way, MCC could have us back up and running in a few days.

Will Bowers and Ron Kirk worked around our busy schedule to install the unit and quickly took steps to correct any install problems. Both Will and Ron are always professional, friendly and easy to work with. They are a real asset to your company.

Chris and Stefen were nothing short of AMAZING. All of my concerns with the copier were fixed. I jokingly asked Chris could he help with the phone problems I was having and he and Stefen laughed and said one issue at a time. Once we got the copier printing and set to its correct functions, they remembered my phone issue. They asked what kind of phone and did the necessary research to help me get it out of Do Not DIsturb which it has been stuck in since Monday. That was definitely a wow factor. They went above and beyond with assisting me. I wasn’t on hold and there was open communication while completing my work order. They have made my day and set the bar extremely high for any other reps I come in contact with at MCC.

Austin Bates handled my tech issue today. He left me an email when I was away from my desk and followed up with a phone call. He was able to remote in and handle my issue with great expertise, a very friendly manner, and answered all questions so well. I would recommend him highly to any of your other customers for the marvelous service he provided. P.S. – Mention the movie, “Spaceballs” and he may fill you in on a funny experience I had!

Our technician, Jordan was professional and took the time to explain the service he provided for our copier.

My company had to have two machines moved from one floor to the next. They were on time and finished the job in a timely and very professional manner. I am always happy with the service I receive from MCC.

We love having Sandy as our main technician to resolve our printer requests. We have had technicians in the past that have had to leave and come back and it would be days in between. She is able to identify our issue correctly and solve them with ease! She always provides helpful information and makes sure that we are taken care of. Highly recommend Sandy!!!!

Anytime I have any issue with either of my machines I can count on Aubrey to be there shortly. He is awesome and knows his stuff. Great guy with great experience!!!

Ryan gives wonderful service and he is really great to work with!

Josh has been out to help us many times and he does such a good job. He cares about his work and he works tirelessly to fix our problems and we appreciate him!

Ryan has always done a great job in any endeavor he has done for Applied Underwriters. His visit today to install new computers and Satori software was unbelievable. He worked for several hours with our IT department in getting this done. There were several issues that he ran into that was entirely on Applied Underwriters. Ryan went above and beyond in making sure all our issues were corrected and we were up and running today. In addition he stayed on the job not taking a lunch until he knew we were good. Our thanks to Ryan. Send him to our facility any time.

The technician arrived and was able to have my 90-day lockout cleared in less than 15 minutes. I appreciate the professionalism of Mr. Ryan Stewart and will personally request him going forward for all my technical issues.

Jennifer Cates was absolutely amazing today! She solved my problem w/my postage machine that I’ve been dealing with for quite some time! She made sure that I was satisfied! Outstanding job and amazing customer service!

MCC was very efficient and knowledgeable of our equipment and made sure our problems were taken care of.

Today Mr. Lee Parrish came and repaired our machine. He was very professional and took time to explain what was wrong with the machine and worked diligently to repair the problems.

I was helped by Austin Bates. He did a great job quickly correcting some issues with my laptop and explaining the corrections as we made them. I love the remote support that can be given along with especially the courteous help. I would highly recommend using Austin for your IT needs.
