We were in “shriek” mode…

I just wanted to let you know that I placed an urgent tech support call this morning. We were in dire need of service. The friendly lady who answered took the call and promptly forwarded it to tech support. Within just a few minutes, I received a call from David Callahan who expertly and courteously walked me through resetting the drawers on our Toshiba copier…We were in “shriek” mode. However, due to David’s great help, we are back on track.
